PAGALINGAN DITO

1. The Pagalingan DITO Promo will run from March 4, 2024, to May 5, 2024.
2. Promo is open to all DITO mobile prepaid subscribers nationwide aged 13 years old and above*.
   Subscribers’ account must be active during the promo and redemption period.

3. HOW TO JOIN AND ELIGIBILITY
   1. Eligibility Requirements
      1. To be eligible for the the Pagalingan DITO promo, participants must be new or existing active DITO Mobile Prepaid Subscribers within the promo period.
         1. For non-DITO Mobile Prepaid Subscribers: Subscribers must purchase a DITO SIM Starter Pack (including those with bundles) from any point of sale and activate it via the DITO App during the promo period.
         2. For existing DITO Mobile Prepaid Subscribers: Subscribers should purchase any DITO Mobile Prepaid promos via any point of sale during the promo period.
            1. Applicable Products & Promos:
               - DITO Level-Up Packs, including Auto Pay and Advance Pay
               - DITO Unli 5G Prepaid
               - DITO Data Sachets
               - DITO App Boosters
   2. Participants must create and upload a video entry (minimum of 30 seconds) on TikTok showing their craftsmanship, skills and talents anytime within the promo period. Participants must ensure that the video/s they will upload are consistent with TikTok’s Community Guidelines to ensure their video/s will not get flagged nor taken down.
   3. No DITO brand competitors’ logo of any sort should appear in the video.
   4. Video entries submitted must be within the following categories:
      1. Music
      2. Visual Arts
      3. Fashion
      4. Craftmanship
   5. For the participant’s video to successfully qualify for the promo, it should meet the following criteria
      
      1. i. Participants may join solo or as a group (maximum of 5 members).
      2. Use the “#GalingDITO sa ” line as part of the caption.
      3. iii. Tag @DITOphofficial in the post.
      4. Follow @DITOphofficial on TikTok.
      5. Use the official GalingDITO song uploaded by DITO
   6. Participants may join on the following conditions:
      
      1. That the participants may upload their video anytime within the period but will only be judged during the assigned draw week, which are as follows
         1. Weeks 1-2: Music
         2. Week 3-4: Visual Arts
         3. Weeks 5-6: Fashion
         4. Weeks 7-8: Craftsmanship
         5. Grand Winner: Weekly winners to compete for the grand prize which must consist of a combination of either of the categories above
      2. Multiple entries are allowed provided that he/she/the group isn't a weekly winner from any previous weeks.
      3. That participants can win once as weekly winner.
      4. That the videos are substantially different from the previous entries.
      5. That only weekly winners are eligible for the grand prize.
      6. For weekly winners competing for the grand prize:
         1. Weekly winners competing for the grand prize must submit a new TikTok video entry (minimum of 30 seconds) showing a combination of at least 2 of the 4 categories: Music, Visual Arts, Fashion, Craftsmanship
         2. Weekly winners competing for the grand prize will still need to meet the following criteria to qualify for the promo:
            1. Participants may join solo or as a group (maximum of 5 members).
            2. Use the “#GalingDITO sa <location>” line as part of the caption.
            3. Tag @DITOphofficial in the post.
            4. Follow @DITOphofficial on TikTok.
            5. Use the official GalingDITO song uploaded by DITO Telecommunity
         3. Participants will still need to follow the conditions:
            1. Only one (1) entry is allowed.
   7. Video entry must substantially be different from their winning weekly entry. Upon uploading of TikTok entry, participants must register to the promo via GalingDITO.ph with the following details:

1. 1. 1. Name
      2. Email Address
      3. Home or any Registered Address
      4. Birthday
      5. DITO Mobile Number
      6. Category (drop-down)
      7. Link to Entry
         1. All entries must have complete details as enumerated above, otherwise they may be subject to disqualification.
         2. Weekly winners competing for the grand prize will need to register again upon uploading of their TikTok entry for the grand prize.
         3. For group participants, only one (1) member should upload the video on TikTok and register their entry in the www.GalingDITO.ph.
2.  DETERMINATION OF WINNERS AND CUT-OFF OF ENTRIES
   
   1. There will be a total of 8 weekly winners of PhP 150,000 travel credits + PhP 100,000 travel pocket money + 2,000 (solo) or 5,000 (group) DITO Rewards Points, and one (1) grand winner of PhP 1 Million cash + 10,000 DITO Rewards Points (whether solo or group).
      
      
   2. For the schedule of cut-off of entries, selection of winners, number of winners, and prizes, please refer to the table below:
      
   3. Winners will be chosen based on the following criteria:
      
      
      
   4. The selection of winners will go through a weekly deliberation by DITO Telecommunity’s selected judges, in the presence of a DTI Representative based on the above criteria.   
   5. In the event of a tie of for any winner from the judges’ score, the entry with the highest engagements will be determined as the winner for the week or grand prize (whichever is applicable). 
      
      
      
3. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

      6. Registered Mail

4. PROMO PRIZES
   1. The following prizes will be given away to the lucky winners:
      
   2.  DITO Telecommunity shall shoulder the expense for the tax liabilities and other expenses that may be incurred in relation to the prize.
   3. Non-cash prizes are transferable
5. CLAIMING OF PRIZES

   2. Winners have sixty (60) days to claim the prize from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last. Otherwise, this will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
      
      

MISCELLANEOUS

1. By participating in this promo, participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Failure to comply with the said terms, conditions, rules, regulations, instructions, or methods will result in the participant’s disqualification.
2. By officially joining the Pagalingan DITO Promo, the participant gives their consent that their video/s and/or photo/s can be used for marketing purposes for this campaign. This includes using the photos of their entries for marketing materials for this promo.
3. Employees of DITO Telecommunity, service providers and employees/staff of its advertising agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the contest.
4. Upon joining the raffle promo, participants explicitly authorize DITO Telecommunity to process personal information and sensitive personal information in the performance of the promotion (naming of winners and awarding of prizes). Participants agree and acknowledge that he or she has completely read and understood the promo mechanics and attached terms and conditions. 5. For any concerns and/or inquiries regarding the contest may be sent to customerservice@dito.ph. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of DITO Telecommunity.
